Established in 2018, Work Permits Ireland is a private immigration company with a team of highly experienced immigration consultants who have over twenty years’ experience in Irish immigration working for clients from across the globe wishing to apply for an Irish employment permit.
Work Permits Ireland provides fee-based services in addition to the
official government charges to advise, assist and represent our clients
through the often-complex application process.
All decisions for issuing employment permits remain with the
Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation, Earlsfort Centre,
Lower Hatch Street, Dublin 2, D02 PW01, Ireland
Work Permits Ireland is a working partner of the Restaurants
Association of Ireland and the Irish Road Haulage association and
represents many clients in the financial, Information Technology,
Manufacturing, Processing, Consultancy, Relocation facilities and the
film industries.
Our services include:
1. Consult with employer regarding the requirements necessary to
make an application
2. Consult with employee regarding the requirements necessary to
make an application
3. Conduct a labour market needs test if required
4. Prepare documents for translation if required
5. Process all information required and make sure that it meets with
the relevant Department requirements
6. Examine all documents regarding validity and expiry dates
7. Prepare and submit an application to the Irish Naturalisation &
Immigration Service
8. Provide payment for advertising and application fees as required
9. Upload all information required onto the online system and
transmit to the Department of Business, Enterprise & Innovation
10. Apply for an entry visa if required
11. Follow up on any requests for further information from the
relevant Department
12. Prepare and submit an appeal if it is required
